Why should you participate in the loyalty program?

With a loyalty program card, you can collect and exchange points for very attractive rewards.

How does it work? It's quite simple!

1. We give you 1 point for every PLN 100 you spend.
2. All points collected are added together. Example:
   If your stay in a hotel with additional services costs PLN 1,000, we will credit you with 10 points. You can use your accumulated points to pay for another overnight stay or exchange them for a romantic dinner or relaxing body treatment.
3. Zgromadzone punkty możesz wykorzystać np. do opłacenia kolejnej doby, wymieniając je na romantyczną kolacje lub na relaksujący zabieg na ciało (lista nagród dostępna w zakładce „Nagrody”)

Useful information

• You receive points for every purchase (except bookings via booking portals).
• You can check your account balance by logging into your account.
• Points cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Points are activated after a stay or use of services provided by Hotel Biały Kamień.
